Many people say the dialogue is contrived, banal, or mindlessly poetic. The film was written by Larry Charles and Bob Dylan, the latter under the pseudonym "Sergei Petrov". The legendary Bob Dylan leads an incredible all-star cast in the dark and unusual musical tale Masked And Anonymous. It is a love letter of sorts from the singer himself to the hardcore fans that have stuck with him since the 1960s, through the ups and downs of a magnificent career. And this was probably the movie's strongest feature: Incredible acting.
